Marwah is an architect, planner, and urban designer. Her work and interests focus on the intersection of the built environment, resiliency, equity, and strategy.

With a multi-scalar design approach, Marwah develops master planning and urban design concepts that envision resilient and sustainable communities with high quality urban spaces. She utilizes mapping and GIS tools to enrich knowledge about a project's background, developing design concepts that suitably respond to the location, geography and culture of a project. Marwah's international experience and background have enabled her to work across multiple regions and cultures. She has worked on projects in the US, Germany, Egypt, UAE, KSA, Costa Rica, India and Canada.

She holds a Master of Science of Architecture and Urban Design, from Columbia GSAPP and a Bachelor of Science of Architecture and Urban Design from the German University in Cairo, Egypt where she completed her bachelor thesis in Sustainable Urban Design in Stuttgart, Germany. 

Marwah is passionate about cities, and architectural and urban design projects enhancing social equity and justice. She is also a socks enthusiast.
